Centreforce IT to speak at SSAA Convention & Trade Show

Centreforce IT' s Michael Thompson will speak at this year's Self Storage Association's annual Convention and Trade Show. he will address new concepts for Self Storage security. This will be a very informative talk about how the authorities are  using high tech security to track down criminals. He will also give an insight into 3D Facial recognition systems and thier applications for Self Storage.

CallMaximizer Call Centres Trials Successful in Australia

The trial was conducted over two groups of Self Storage Sites totalling 5 sites during November and December of 2007. The process to undertake the trial was determined after the launch of the Call Maximizer product at Storage Expo 2007 on the Gold Coast. Rick McGee President of Call Maximizer released the product to over 150 interested Storage operators.

Trial partners were found and Centreforce It worked on a call diversion strategy to ensure the best diversion time using a professional VOIP service. Call Maximizer provided additional staff who manned the US Call Centre 24 hours 7 days a week for the period of the trial. It was deemed essential as part of the trial to determine the overall number of diverted calls and what mix of business and after calls made up the diversions.

Diversions were made to the Call Centre after the sites did not answer the call after a number of rings or was busy. All sites had live in Managers.

Over the period of November and December the results showed:

·         311 calls were diverted to the Call Centre during business  hours

·         89 Calls were diverted to the Call Centre after hours

·         Average calls per site per site month was 40 calls

·         The latest call diverted was 12:25 for 4 minutes duration

·         The earliest call was 6AM

·         The longest call was 9 minutes 27 seconds

·          6 spaces have been let during the period
