Extra Space Decide on SiteLink 
 
Recently Centreforce IT Implemented Sitelink software to the newest Self Storage group in
Singapore.

They take up the Story....

“As an Australian company doing business in another country, we faced some challenges with selecting a management software package for our new storage group Extra Space Self Storage in Singapore. We needed remote access capability to ensure we could easily access data at the sites. We also wanted multi-site management capability to consolidate data and report on our group as a whole.
 
“We chose to use SiteLink Web Edition through the most experienced management software provider in Australia, Dallas Dogger. Dallas, a founding member of the Self Storage Association of Australasia (SSAA) has been providing specialist storage software since 1994.
 
“We currently have two sites with plans for six more and wanted to be able to add new sites easily without having to duplicate the program setup each time. SiteLink’s Corporate Control Centre allows us to do this with ease.
 
“One of the reasons we chose SiteLink is there are no upfront purchase fees. All modules are included in the monthly charge. This gives us access to an immediate tax deduction and we can use our capital for further construction work.
 
“We wanted a management package that could handle the local tax requirements. GST in Singapore changed recently from 5% to 7% and we needed a program that could manage this change.
 
“Another issue in Singapore, similar to Australia, is they don’t use 1c or 2c coins in their currency. Any program we selected also needed to be able to manage the rounding of cash payments.
 
“Importantly, we wanted to partner with a company with experience that could provide us with local support in Singapore time. We have comfort knowing our support from Australia is in the local time zone with Singapore.
